Description - PM type 14 (JC) type 27 (RF-MN) duplex with on right side quite intricate design vertical oval of parallel bars with well-defined outlined circular inset and number 1. Single open top circle left side 

Urban PM of Agra City in use between 1861-65 according to Cooper. Just a few examples are present in this collection dating 5th March 1861 and 8th January 1863. Cooper notes only several examples and thought them scarce, although they are probably Rare.
