Description - PM type 28c (JC) type 18a (RF) foreign mail mark crude diamond with 5 thick bars ascending right to left, and bold numeral ‘1’ within inset, found also with turquoise-blue ink.

In use Urban Calcutta City PM from around 1872-73. Only two instances exist within this collection, earliest May 1872. Considered very scarce.
