It covers the background to the issue of the stamps, the printing method, many constant varieties, and the postal use of the stamps. There is a chapter on the Silver Jubilee Fund and its philatelic significance, and the final chapter deals with the Stephen Smith Rocket Mail of Silver Jubilee significance.<Br><Br> There are many other constant varieties to look out for and more may achieve catalogue status in due course. As these varieties have not been known until now, there are many awaiting to be found perhaps aided by this book containing about 60 varieties.
