Delivery Information

AIA policy is to instigate shipping within one working day, in most cases.   

UK customers will be sent orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will usually receive the next working day before 1 p.m.   

Worldwide Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail - 'Tracked & Signed' which in some countries may take 2-3 days and others up to 7-10 working days, sometimes longer. Occasionally AIA may send orders by FedEx Priority or DHL which may take 3 -14 days to arrive, depending on backlogs. 

In general, due to the Covid-19 era, and the consequent increased global shipping traffic, it is dificult to determine more exactly how long shipments might take to arrive.

Insurance & Customs - All shipments sent will be fully insured to the value of the order, and declared appropriately with the customs of the recipient's country.
